How much does shipping cost?

The Standard Shipping cost with FedEx Ground is $4.50 per order.

We offer Free Shipping with FedEx Ground for orders with a total value over $75.

When will my order arrive?

Our products are shipped within two business days of the order placement, unless otherwise stated on the item page or if the item is on back order.  All shawls purchased shipped from our warehouse in North Carolina, USA.

Orders shipped with FedEx Ground are delivered within 4 to 6 Business Days.

Please note that FedEx does not deliver on weekends. Also, for Alaska & Hawaii we only offer FedEx 2 Day.

Do you offer tracking information for orders?

Yes, we do. Once an order is shipped an email with the FedEx tracking number is sent to each customer.

All you have to do is to click on this numbered link and it will direct you to the tracking details on the FedEx site.

Do you ship around the world?

Currently we only deliver within the USA and to Canada. Please contact customer services for details of our upcoming International delivery service.

Returns Policy

Customers may return an item for refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packing and should be unused. Shipping charges are non-refundable. There is no re-stocking fee.

Extended Exchange Period for Christmas: For orders placed between Nov 1st and Dec 24th of any year customers can mail the items back to us for an exchange till January 7th of the following year.  This extension is applicable only to exchanges, and not to returns for a refund.

When returning an item, please indicate the reason for the return.  Please also insure your return package.

If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.  For exchanges, customers are charged a second time shipping cost, based on the number of items exchanged and the shipping mode requested.
